This policy isn’t written yet.

It needs facts we don’t have: who operates the site, the contact address, the email provider, the payment providers, and what analytics (if any) are used. We won’t publish legal assurances until those are confirmed.

What’s true of this site today: it sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The newsletter form sends nothing anywhere. The retreat interest-list form stores your name, email address, optional phone number, solo/couple choice and the retreat you picked in a database on Cloudflare (the company that hosts this site), together with a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address used only to block spam. The store “Get notified” form stores your name and email address the same way, only to tell you when the store opens. It is used only to send you updates about that retreat (or the store), and you can ask Chad to delete it at any time through the contact page. The contact form sends your name, email address, topic and message to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form service that emails it to Chad. FormSubmit may show a Google reCAPTCHA check first, and their own privacy terms apply. Videos load from YouTube only when you press play; from then on YouTube’s player may set its own cookies under YouTube’s privacy policy.
