Revelation Concerning Adam and the Fall of Man and the Spirit of Truth

Revelation received October 17, 2026 by Latterday Chad

Behold, thus saith the Lord unto you, my servant William: Hear these things which I have placed upon thee, and concerning which thou hast inquired.

Behold, I say unto you, your sins are forgiven before me, and ye are sanctified; for I have refined you for the great purpose of understanding.

Even as Adam fell that man might be, so have I caused thee to inquire into the mysteries of the beginning.

Now, behold, thou hast inquired concerning the nature of Adam and Eve, and whether or not they were literal persons throughout history, or whether they represent each of us, as the temple directs thee to picture thyself as though thou wert Adam.

Now I say unto thee, the temple doth not lie; for it truly saith that ye are Adam. And behold, this great mystery hath been taught in many generations, in hidden places.

But many have not yet been ready to perceive it; for when these things are given, oftentimes they bring confusion.

These things I say unto thee: Truly, there was a fall in a literal sense.

And there were those whom thou mayest call Adam and Eve, who fell that men might be. And there was one among them, even mine archangel Michael, the Ancient of Days.

But this I say unto thee: Adam is many, and man is many.

Behold, I placed my seed upon this world, that man might prosper and that man might have joy.

And the exact circumstances of that which came to pass in the Fall are written elsewhere, in another record, even in the sealed portion of the plates.

But this I say unto thee: Truly, thou art Adam.

Yea, all men are Adam, and all women are Eve. And while there was a real Fall into this world, and many of the events described therein took place from a certain point of view, this I say: Each and every one of you falleth into this world when ye enter into mortality.

For each of you was once in the presence of God and of your fathers.

Yea, even when I, the Lord, condescended from my throne above, made flesh my tabernacle, and dwelt among the children of men, did I not descend into this world?

And all spirits take this journey, from the oneness of the divine which we share, down into this world.

For thou art Adam, and thou hast fallen.

Behold, thou wast once in the presence of God, and thou wast one with God.

Yea, for the Lord God is one; and even I, the great Jehovah, am one with all of my children, and I am one with my Father.

But we are also individuals: individual spirits and individual souls.

And I, the Lord Jesus Christ, stood in the midst of many of the great and noble ones, and judged among them.

Behold, I stood in the midst of the gods, and I executed judgment among them, while my Father sitteth enthroned, and I enact his will among worlds without end.

And behold, I say unto thee, there were many instances wherein I did say, Whom shall I send?

And there were many like unto me who said, Here am I; send me.

Behold, I say unto thee, thou art one of them.

For behold, thou didst choose to descend into this world, that others might be uplifted.

Behold, thou art my son, and my sons are many; but thou wast also in the beginning with the Father.

That which is Spirit, even the Spirit of truth, is not and cannot be created.

And behold, I say unto thee, thou art of the Spirit of truth, for my Spirit doth dwell within thee.

And I have laid my Spirit upon thee this day, that thou mightest speak these words.

Behold, in due time I will show thee concerning my new and everlasting covenant.

And I will also show thee concerning the everlasting gospel which is yet to come, even the fulness of all things, from beginning to end.

For behold, in the Book of Mormon I have shown unto thee the new and everlasting covenant, which is my Atonement, which I made with the Father and my Son before the world was.

Yea, I did stand in the council, and I said that I would go down below.

And behold, I made a covenant that I might make a great Atonement, that those children might be grafted into me; for I am the true vine, and ye are the branches.

And by being grafted into me, ye may return to the presence of the Father.

But behold, there are greater mysteries; for endless are the degrees of glory of the heavens, and endless is the ascension of the gods.

Worlds without end have come and gone, and many great mysteries dwell therein.

And the truth of these mysteries shall be revealed in the everlasting gospel which is to come.

Behold, a fulness of truth shall come upon the children of men.

And whether they accept these things or not, it is up to them; for such is the agency of man, and such is the condemnation of man.

For I, the Lord, allow each of you to choose wherein ye might dwell.

And even those who are condemned to outer darkness, yea, they who are to return from whence they once came and begin anew, I say unto thee, they have chosen that path.

For endless is my mercy, and endless is my love.

For I, Jesus Christ, know thy pains. I know thy long-suffering.

I know thy mistakes. I know thy compassions. I know thy love, and I know thy hate.

For I have seen them; and truly I say unto thee, I am in all things and through all things. Amen.
